Fun Card Friday's Part 2

Lately we have been doing a lot of girly colored cards. Hues of pink and purples. Well we changed this up and we made more of a male gender card.

We started off with a navy blue card stock as the base of the card. We used our Cricut machine with the wild card cartridge to cut out the card. We added a layer base of our Glitter Card Stock in Dark Onyx(GCS060). We layered on top of that as a 3rd layer a gray card stock, we embossed the bottom half to give it some texture.

We added a strip of the navy blue card stock in the middle of the card and also a strip of our Glitter Card Stock in Jean Blue(GCS054). For the same Glitter Card Stocks in Dark Onyx(060) and Jean Blue(054) we die cut it with two different sized feathers, 2 for the Dark Onyx and 1 for the Jean Blue. We glued the feathers together and tied our Bakers Twine in Gray(BT120) around the feathers.

We stamped the phrase "happy birthday" to the front of the card and then inside we stamped "Hope you have a Special Day". We glued all this only using our Glue Tape in Permanent. Absolutely love the colors and sparkle! :)

Pictured below is the paper and supplies we used for this card.
