"Play Ball" by Liz Chidester |
My husband and my brother had a blast spending the afternoon playing the all
American sport of baseball. To add a little pop on my page, I took some of the
baseball stickers and attached them using the BC foam tape to the baseball
patterned paper. It really makes them stand out.

Kim used the die cut another way by cutting it in half
and adding a matted band across the middle. Behind the photo
she layered several of the other coordinating papers and added
the Lil Slugger as her title and more stickers to make the page
really stand out and pop... this is a great page for all of
you who have kids in little league this season!!

"Team Spirit" by Liz Chidester |
This is my son's first year of playing baseball, he will play
every year from now on,and he just loves it! I made my own type of
background using 4 large strips of patterned paper.
Put them all together, add some stickers and you've got a very unique look.

"Baseball" by Alicia Barry |
Alicia is from Australia and they don't have baseball
there but when they lived in New York her husband got
to go to a game so she scrapped experiencing the whole
field and all the people in the stands. She also showed us
a great way to use the mini die cuts as a frame and then hand
stitched a border in red to frame it and added stickers!!

Chipboard Sheet: #BB014
I cut out the large baseball from the pattern paper #BB001
and paired it with baseball stickers from the
sticker sheets to create that visual triangle on the layout
and helping to create a nice flow for the eye to follow.
I also made sure that each baseball was a slightly
different size to help add more interest to the page.

Jona created her page of her son with an everyday
photo and gave it an all star theme since she doesn't
have baseball in the Phillipean's either. She layered lots
of our stickers and chipboard and also used the mini die cut
as a ledge to place her photos on. She also added some
brown stamping to the outer edges for added interest.
supplies: basic glitter dot in yellow and orange for the
backround. Cardstock BB008, BB004, BB007,
stickers BB012, chipboard baseball shapes, BB014.
extras are letters and string.
I hope this gets you in the baseball spirit and hope you
will try a few of the layouts for your own books!!!
