It's Hip to be Square!!

Squares can be fun and easy to use... they can be the basic backround of a page or they can be the  be the focal point depending on how you use them.   You can make them large or small or you can turn them different ways but they all add up to some really fantastic looking layouts or works of art! Something to decorate with...

Altering things for our homes is a fun way to pass the time,  its a great way to save money and you can create something fun that you can say you did and give a huge proud smile to everyone who see's it !!  You can also find some cool thing at a flea market and refurbish it to make it new again to give to someone special you love :) Our Design Team created these things today  to decorate with and we hope you get some great ideas to make something today for yourself.... "Heart Wreath" by Jodi Wilton Products used:  IA001, IA002, IA003, IA006 Other products used: 3 ring circle wooden wreath, spellbinders basic hearts,  silhouette machine, black and white cardstock Notes:  I die cut two different sized hearts and layered  them behind and on top of the circle. It's Cool to be a Rock Star

Our challenge to our designers today was to create something fun out of our Rock Star paper that you could decorate your wall with, house, wear it or make a card to send to a really rockin friend or 2!! We think you are going to really love this!! Rock Star Wall Art by Irit Shalom I made a collaged altered frame, using 6x6 pad, stickers, and  also CLD trim die, Tim Holtz metals and some mirrors Rock On Wall Art by Jona Panessa Supplies:  Rockstar RS012, RS013, rockstar chipboard RS 014 Best Creation gold glitter cardstock I made a scroll decor and clustered the stickers  and chipboard of Rockstar for my little rockstar. "Rock Star Wall Collage" by Karen Thind Karen created this great decoration for the wall using bits and pieces from stickers and papers and then creating 4 different squares out of it! You could do this on canvas or a big piece of chipboard to do as a project with your kids for their rooms for the summer...... "Jam Session"...

As Clear as Water.....

So here it is the 3rd day with Helmar Adhesives  and our Design Team has outdone themselves today again by creating things that are made with  acrylic in some way.... They used it as a base, added it onto their projects to make the water seem more like shiny, cool and wet like water and used the fantastic papers from our New Collection  called Splash Fun to start their creations!!!   You are all going to love these things and we still have more to share with you tomorrow!! "Perpetual Calendar" by Sandy Ang Sandy created her project by starting with a chipboard album and using her acrylic for the cover of the calendar. This way you can change it every month simply by wiping it off and putting a new month on it. Invite your friends for a party!!!

Getting together with family and friends for barbacues  in the summer is one of the best things in life and setting the mood with the right decorations makes it even more fun and festive for everyone that is attending your event... so with that in mind we have ideas for you from an adorable silverware caddy and banner to invitations to announce the fun event!! "Silverware Caddy" by Kim Holmes  Kim made this super adorable silverware caddy from an old pop bottle carrier that she had laying around. She covered it and added stickers and then filled it with lots of utensils for all her guests to use for the party. Supplies Used: IA004, IA005, IA006, IA013, IA012 Made from: "Liberty Star" by Debbie Sherman Debbie used purchase cardboard star and covered it with pieces of patriotic papers in alternate colors.
