Dia De Los Muertos(Day of The Dead)

Fun Card FRIDAY'S PART 2! With Halloween being tomorrow and the next two days are Dia De Los Muertos(DAY OF THE DEAD) We thought we should make a card.
We decided to go colorful! We started off with a white card stock base. Used our Cricut machine with the wild card cartridge to cut out the card shape. We next stamped the sugar skull on a white card stock and cut it out. We layered it on top of our Glitter Card Stock in Prussian Blue(GCS019) and glued it in the middle of the card. For the flowers, We used our Glitter Card Stock in Lime(GCS011), Bright Gold(GCS016), and Prussian Blue(GCS019), we also used our Glitter Gift Wrap in Rose(GGW001), Red(GGW002), and Lavender(GGW010).

We die cut 4 circles of each color, glued them together back to back. We cut 4 slits and lifted and rolled one part to one part and glued together to achieve the flowers. Once finished with them we glued them around the sugar skull, we used the same marker colors of the sugar skull to draw in some swirls and dots. We added a little flag tag to the front that says "DIA DE LOS MUERTOS". Inside the card we added a layer of our Glitter Card Stock in Prussian Blue (GCS019) and also the white card stock. All this was glued using out Glue Tape in Permanent (GT001), Foam Tape in Small Circle(FT001) and Big Circle (FT003).

Pictured below is the paper and products we used for this project.
