Thomas the Tank Engine Day....

For all of you that have kids that love Thomas and 
all his special friends on the Railway lines 
are going to love this book that our 
Guest Designer Mireille Divjak made special for us with our
 I love America Collection.  She is from Holland so since
they don't have independence day the patriotic papers
went perfect to create this mini book for the very special and
most wonderful day her son and bff had with
 Thomas the Tank Engine...

June second this year Noah and I went to the Railway Museum in Utrecht.
They  had a very special Thomas the Train Event there.



 It was very special getting "the real Thomas Train" over from the UK ..
and having Douglas and Hiro and Emily there too.


Noah and his BFF Alex enjoyed a day filled with trains.. 
yummy food, and watched the Thomas Musical :)




The even participated in a Guiness book of records
 "building the biggest wooden toy railway "
and they got their face painted as lil thomasses.

It was their day.. and they totally enjoyed it

It's our Mini Book Blog Hop Today......

How would you like to learn how to create a fun Mini Book  out of one 12x12 and be inspired to make 20 different versions of it?  Well get ready to hop- because today on each of our blogs we  will share with you some fun and creative different versions on how  to make  this simple mini book we did at the CHA Winter Show.  Here is the book and photos of the basic cuts to get you started  First cut your paper into thirds then fold each third in half and glue the pieces together to make 3 pages and now off you go  to our first designer on the hop Alicia Barry   to inspire you with more ideas and ways to embellish it and change it up for lots of different occasions.
