As Clear as Water.....

So here it is the 3rd day with Helmar Adhesives
and our Design Team has outdone themselves today
again by creating things that are made with
acrylic in some way.... They used it as a base,
added it onto their projects to make the water seem
more like shiny, cool and wet like water and used
the fantastic papers from our New Collection
called Splash Fun to start their creations!!!
You are all going to love these things and we
still have more to share with you tomorrow!!

"Perpetual Calendar" by Sandy Ang
Sandy created her project by starting with a chipboard
album and using her acrylic for the cover of the calendar.
This way you can change it every month simply by
wiping it off and putting a new month on it.
Very clever idea and the colors are so bright
and summery looking it will be perfect to make up
to remember the fun places you are going to go
for the summer and when you are going!!

Splash Fun supplies : Element Sticker #SF012, Glitter Paper
#SF002, #SF006, #SF010, #SF011,
Expressions Chipboard #SF014, 6x6 Glitter Paper Pad #SF016
Others : Clear Scraps chipboard album, Bella Blvd calendars paper, acrylic, vellum
Helmar Quick Dry Adhesive and Scrap dots.

"Make a Splash Mini Album"
 by Tracey Taylor
Tracey created this adorable book by starting
with a clear acrylic book and layering the papers
and stickers on each page.  The trick to using
clear acrylic books is that you have to be careful
of what you put on the backs and the next page
because you can see through it.  But the fantastic
part is that you create a book where you get just a
peek of the next page and with all the cute colors and
stickers on this project ... you can't wait to turn the pages!

Supplies:
SF 012, 013, 014, 016
Clear Scraps Album
Helmar Adhesive (Premium Craft Glue, Zapdots)

"Splash" by Nicole Wise
This adorable page was created using a ton of 1" circles punched
from the 6X6 Glitter Paper pad from the Splash Fun collection.
Then, Nicole randomly added some acrylic dots to some of the circles
to give the effect of a water drop!  Sooooo fun!
And it came out sooo cute......

Products Used:  SF002, SF016 (6X6 Glitter Paper Pad), FGP215,
BGP217, Helmar Tape Runner, Helmar 450 Quick Dry Glue,
Clearsnap Ink, Circle Punch, Sketch by Allison Davis

that you did to create a fun water page for a chance to win an
acrylic book from Clear Scraps  and a 6x6 to go with it!!!

  1. I want to be one of your designers when I grow up. :) I'm trying to remember the last water-related page I did! I know when my youngest was really young, I did a beach page with torn kraft paper as sand (I didn't have anything that I could really use for sand).

  6. I always love some good summer pages. My favorite summer ideas are to cut waves with paper and add lots of stickles on them to make them shimmer like water.

  14. LOVE this collection! The calendar idea is so cool! I need to make one! The last thing I did with a water page was to use my paisley punch to create water drops for the splashes. I used some glitter paper and a few pop dots they turned out really cool!
