It's the second day of our
Back 2 School projects
and we wanted to make something fun
to keep all your child's report cards in!
(this idea was given to me along time ago)
but it took me until now to make a
really cute one!

For this project we just used a purchased
file folder and covered the outside
and the separate files inside.
We punched out cute tags with the grades
on them & added some cute black letters too.
Now it's ready to fill with lots of
amazing treasures from each school year!
supplies:
The outside was GP 374 and then we
used scraps from each of the papers for
the inside pieces.

This would be a great gift idea for
a special teacher made from
little wooden frames.
Each one is covered in all the
different school papers,
fastened together with ribbon
and sanded for a weathered look.
Isn't it so cute!!

Keeping the memory of your child's
first day of school is a must
so here is an idea using one of
Becky Fleck's Page Maps from her blog.
It's simple and quick and you could easily
add a 2nd page with lots of pictures of friends
and their new school and teacher.
supplies:
BGP 213, Chipboard stickers, GP 379, 382, 384
red ric-rac and white cardstock

Teachers are very special and
this is a quick idea
to give them a card telling how special
you think they really are!

supplies:
GP 381, BGP 215 ,white card stock
ribbon, spellbinder die, heart paper clip

If you haven't made boxes yet
you are going to have to give it a try. This cute teacher gift is made from
1 piece of paper and our very own clear transparencies
(TBW 010) You can even make dividers inside the box
to add home baked cookies and treats.
Finish it off with a cute ribbon
and a special tag and it's something really special!

I think all kids have to get these
boring composition books each year
but adding a bit of gorgeous glittery papers
and some stickers makes it really, really cute!

Supplies:
GP 383, BGP 205, 215
Chipboard school stickers &
chipboard letters GCBA 002

We hope these projects will inspire you
to create some fun things with your kids
or as a surprise for them
to start their new school year! Have fun!

And...
Check back tomorrow for our
1st Blog Challenge it should be really fun!
